I cannot say enough about how positive my experience has been with Cornerstone Home Lending! My Fiance and I just bought a house, and with it being my first time purchasing a home, Steve Combs and his team (Mickey and Haley) made me feel like I have done it over and over again. The process was so EASY, with NO hiccups along the way. The analysis tools that Steve uses are top of the line and I felt like I was in complete control of the process the entire time. I greatly appreciate the time and dedication that Steve and his team provided, during and after work hours. They were always available to talk about possible scenarios and never made my calls feel as if they were an inconvenience. I could rave ALL DAY about the work this team does for their clients. 200% recommend to anyone and everyone!

We called Steve Combs (who I've known forever) and asked about a fixed rate mortgage. He took the time to find out what our needs were and what our family's goals were. He was quick to provide a comprehensive analysis of 10, 20 and 30 year options. He went over the pros and cons of each option and even discussed the breakdown of saving when we made extra principle payments. Everything was done via a secured website to save us time. The lady who Steve scheduled to do our appraisal was on time and very thorough and again, everything was done online. Steve's team is so very professional and efficient, I would recommend him to anyone who is considering a mortgage.

We are absolutely grateful for Steve Combs at Cornerstone Home Lending he is friendly, helpful and also keeps you up to date on everything going on in the home buying process. My husband and I had looked into many different loan companies and were turned down. But this company came through for us! After filing bankruptcy and a vehicle repossession after bankruptcy. We wondered if we would ever own our own home. With a lot of hard work we build our credit to where it needed to be. I really believe if we did not have Steve Combs on our side helping us and pushing everything through we would have never made it nor been able to understand the process so well. If you made mistakes in the past and have inproved your credit and need a helpful ,understand company this is definitely the one to go to when looking for a new home.Also ask for Steve Combs he will do whatever it takes to help you out.
