Philosophy: We have very competitive rates. And I see my role different than a traditional Loan Officer. I'm a mortgage planner and advisor. And I help my clients successfully manage their home equity to increase liquidity, safety, rate of return, and tax deductions. And, unlike a traditional loan officer, my role is to help you integrate the loan that you select into your overall long- and short-term financial investment plan to minimize taxes, improve cash flow and minimize interest expense.
